There’s nothing new about mac ‘n’ cheese. They were probably serving it on Little House on the Prairie (my favorite children’s book series). But it is the newest condiment I’ve seen added to complete dishes. I had a fried mac ‘n’ cheese patty on a hamburger from Go Burger and now a mac ‘n’ cheese stuffed grilled cheese from the Grilled Cheese Patrol food truck. I have to say the Go Burger mac ‘n’ cheese burger was better, but I couldn’t pass up a chance to try the decadent offering from the food truck.
