Here’s what is most pertinent to my blog, and therefore to my life:
As Dr. Pillemer summarized the elders’ view, “Travel is so rewarding that it should take precedence over other things younger people spend money on.” Create a bucket list now and start whittling it down.
I realize how much I’ve learned and grown in the past five years. I can’t imagine how much I’ll learn by the time I’m 80. Bring it on!

I just watched his No Reservations on Madrid, Spain, and after letting this quote sit in my queue for a while, I decided it was the right time to post it. If you haven’t seen his show, you’re missing out. It’s inspirational mostly because of how real he and everything he does is.
