1. This lovely map is from my iPhoto and shows my travels of 2011. By all accounts 2011 was a great year, but I would like to make 2012 even greater! I’m hoping to move again, visit wonderful cities and amazing friends, and possibly even leave the country! Here’s a list of my favorite 2011 experiences each month of the year.
January - I moved to Los Angeles.February - My friend Paige visited Los Angeles before going off on her Asian excursion.March - I saw Roger Federer and Rafa Nadal dominate at the Indian Wells tennis tournament.April - I celebrated my 23rd birthday with my new LA friends.May - I got my amazing job at Variety.June - I saw my cousin compete in an Ironman in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.July - My visit to Chicago with my family was full of fun and sweat, as Chi-Town was experiencing its worst heat wave in several years.August - Most of August I worked my tushie off at work.September - I went to my very first Los Angeles Dodgers game.October - I spent an amazing week in Boston with my two best friends from home.November - I pretended I was back in college for a weekend as I visited Tucson, Arizona, for the University of Arizona’s homecoming.December - I got to come home for a beautiful Christmas with my family and baby cousins.
